1. Customized Products
All customized dresses, including baby girl dresses, mother dresses, baby abayas, and mother abayas, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Manufacturing Defects or Errors
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence.
After verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or suitable resolution, depending on the issue.
3. Size & Measurement Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for size or fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4. Color & Design Variations
Minor differences in color, fabric texture, or embroidery may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric availability.
Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns.

All designs, images, logos, and content belonging to Mawa Collection are the exclusive property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
