Mawa Collection specializes in customized dresses, including baby girl dresses, mother dresses, baby abayas, and mother abayas. All customized orders are made according to the details provided by the customer.

2. Custom Orders

  • Customized products are made on demand.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, colors, and design preferences.
  • Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless agreed upon before production starts.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are communicated clearly before order confirmation.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed only after full or agreed advance payment is received.
  • Payments made are non-refundable for customized items.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Production time varies depending on design complexity and order volume.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (material availability, courier delays, etc.) are not the responsibility of Mawa Collection.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or error from our side, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear evidence.

6. Colors & Design Variations

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, or detailing may occur due to lighting, fabric availability, or screen differences. These variations are considered normal and not defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content belonging to Mawa Collection are the exclusive property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
